Itinerary

Pick up time : 08.30 – 09.00 am

A covered pick-up truck will transfer you to a place where we start our cycling outside the city; it takes about 15 minutes. After a short safety briefing and personalized bicycle fitting, we begin our cycling through villages and rice fields, follow the Lao River upstream. The bicycle ride is pleasant with much greenery due to the proximity of the river. While you are cycling you will discover real rural Thailand and see the local lifestyle on the outskirts of Chiang Rai. We will cycle past various fruit orchards, rice fields, rubber plantations, and teak trees. We will stop to visit White temple (Wat Rong Khun) and then have lunch at local restaurant near the temple. In the afternoon we will explorer more Chiang Rai countryside, visit tea plantation, the massive golden buddha image and local market. 
The tour is finished around 5.00 – 6.00 p.m.

Distance : Total cycling distance is about 45 – 55 km (some unsealed roads and gently rolling hills)
Fitness Level: Suitable for participants in good fitness condition,  family with young children
